WHAT IS MICRODOSING?

MICRODOSING
/ˈmīkrōˌdōsiNG/
noun
The action or practice of taking or administering very small amounts of a drug in order to test or benefit from its physiological action while minimizing undesirable side effects.

What exactly is microdosing?
Micro dosing is the act of taking a small unit or dose of medicinal substance.
By taking a small dose of psilocybin (magic mushrooms) you are able to feel a mind enhancing effect, without it being so powerful you can’t go on regularly with your day.

What does it do?
While micro dosing for each person can be a fairly unique experience, you can typically find yourself in a better mood or more focused or in a flow state of mind. Neurons are firing more rapidly and brain stimulation is heightened.

How much should I take?
While results may vary for each person depending on factors such as body weight and metabolism, 125mg of Psilocybin is a good start. People who do not feel the desired effects with 125mg, can safely take 2 capsules in order to be at 250mg.

How often should I Micro Dose?
Micro-dosing is done in intervals. There are a few different dosing preferences, but typically people take 1 capsule daily 3-5 days in a row and then take 3-5 days off, or simply every other day. Much like anything taken consistently, you will build up a tolerance which is why it’s strongly advised to take a few days off before starting again. Other people find they take a micro-dose as needed with a work project or maybe just feeling the blues or seasonal affective disorder.

 Are there any side effects?

Side effects can include….

Can I overdose?
Nobody has ever died of overdosing Psilocybin and micro dosing is such a small amount that it would be impossible to overdose.  After all, psilocybin is naturally occurring in the mycelium or mushroom family and has no lethal or addictive properties.
